Sample Package

We have a nich market of providing activities at the famous Hilton beach for all ages (6 - 99). The activity location is limited to the Hilton beach and we have the closest location to a grass areas by the beach. We only do food and beverages for activities through the Hilton Hawaiian Village Spa and Beach Resort. Liquor is prohibited on the beach. Please contact us our pricing page and to learn more about the activities we offer.

FUN-IN-THE-SUN BEACH PARTY

Duke Kahanamoku Beach, the best beach in Waikiki. Located in front of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel.

WHAT WE DO

We provides a complete staff starting with our event planner who will assist you in organizing and budgeting your beach activities. All labor will be provided to cover setup, event presentation, and takedown. We also will provide Water Safety personnel, game officials and support staff.
We carries liability insurance with limits of $3,000,000.
We can secure on behalf of your group all of the required State of Hawaii beach permits and rights of entry for each day of the beach event.
We can supply all required equipment. Because the Hilton Hawaiian Village is home to our company, all of its equipment and facilities are located at the hotel. You won't have to worry about delays, false starts or missing equipment and staff.
We can custom-tailor the menu of activities to the age, interests, and size of your group. If you want an event that is unique to your group We can help you plan and execute that event.
We can also arrange volleyball, kayak and canoe races and boogie board relays.
We would sincerely enjoy the opportunity to serve your company and its valuable clients. We look forward to giving you our proposal for your groups' next beach event.
